Elvis and his mother were devoutly religious, both accepting the supernatural. Gladys often had premonitions, which sometimes came to fruition. Elvis was greatly interested in the psychic world, especially reincarnation which he studied with a passion.
Elvis practised meditation on a daily basis and developed his own place of peace in Graceland. One day he had a sighting that changed his life dramatically. Driving through the desert 25 miles from the Grand Canyon, with his friend Larry Geller a white cloud formed the face of the murderous dictator Joseph Stalin. Elvis was puzzled why Joseph Stalin was the chosen form sent from God, but took it as a sign that God had shown him Christ and the anti-Christ.

Sting
Growing up amid the ship-building industry, he knew at a young age that he was destined to be a musician. As well as being a talented musician, he was also academic. He was a primary school teacher, and taught English in secondary school. His early musical career started with playing on cruise ships: backing strippers in cabaret and playing in various groups, until eventually becoming a member of ‘The Police’.
Sting has six children, two with his first wife Francis Tomelty, and four with his present wife Trudie Styler. It was whilst staying in one of his seven homes – the castle, that he was surprised to see a woman and child enter his bedroom. He thought it was his wife Trudie, until he reached over and realised she was lying next to him.
Sting and Trudie both agreed to sighting a pair of ghosts that evening. “I was absolutely terrified,” he said. “I now believe those things are out there, but I have no explanation for them”.
Michael Langdon encountered after-life when his father’s spirit spoke to him.
Born in 1936, raised in Collingswood, New Jersey. At the age of twenty four after winning the role of Little Joe, he received news that his much-loved father had died.
Weeping beside his father’s coffin, he felt someone lightly touch is shoulder; it was his father’s voice offering him reassurance that everything will be fine. Michael went on to create a film that showed a love between father and son Sam’s son. He felt his father’s presence as he wrote the script, in Michael’s words. ‘I felt my father’s presence within me, enlightening my memories, helping to commit to paper the feelings that I had about him. I really heard my father speaking to me from another dimension, filling my mind with just the right words. The story came so fast and right. In three days the script was complete.’*
Michael Langdon had always believed in life after death. Hearing his father’s spirit voice confirmed his feelings.

John Lennon
After John’s murder - at the entrance of the Dakota building in 1980 - many spiritualists claimed to have received messages from him from the after life.
Yoko reported a sighting of him sitting at his white piano: reassuring her that everything was alright. There have also been many people who have witnessed him walking around the Dakota.
Throughout his life John had an open mind when it came to the paranormal. He once spotted a flying saucer as he looked out of the Dakota building. And also claimed to have regularly seen a spirit gliding down the corridor: he named it “The Crying Lady Ghost”.
He mentioned to his Ex- wife Cynthia Lennon the method he would use to contact her after his death. He also told Julian that if there was life after death, he would send him a feather.
In 1986, the “Sunday Mirror” reported that Cynthia had found a dead Jackdaw wrapped in a newspaper dated 1956. Julian was shocked, and believed it to be a message from his father.
Sir Paul McCartney tells of John haunting them whilst recording the single “Free as a Bird” in 1995. George Harrison and Ringo Starr sensed the playful spirit of John. There were strange goings-on, and noises that should not have been there. Equipment began doing a number of weird things. There was an overall feeling that John was hanging around. Whilst they were being photographed outside the form of a white peacock was seen flying around the grounds.

On that day in Chicago, seven men awaited a phoney shipment of alcohol, to be confronted by members of Al Capone’s gang brandishing Tommy guns.
Victim, James Clark, had been Bugs Moran’s brother-in-law. The inmates of prison regularly heard Capone screaming for Jimmy to leave him alone.
